reactive, defensive, anxious, proving, people-pleasing, freezing, avoiding, anger, overwhelm, depression.
If you are experiencing these that are RED FLAGS- you are being triggered with fear.

👉 Empowered state (intentional):
grounded, clear, curious, decisive, self-led, resilient, present, compassion, calm, peace.

What determines the state you’re in?

NOT the circumstance.

It’s the thought you’re believing about the circumstance or experience.

And your RESULTS, whether wanted or unwanted, are always are in alignment with your thoughts/beliefs. (limiting thoughts or empowered thoughts)

That’s why you can’t “willpower” your way out of survival mode.

You have to shift the thought that’s fueling it.

Ask:
“What am I believing right now? (Does it serve me or not?)”
“What am I feeling in my body right now?”
“What is this belief costing me?”
“What would an empowered person believe instead?”
“What action would that version of me take in the next 10 minutes?”
